Terms and Conditions
Rewards Stamp Card
The terms and conditions for each reward differ so please check these prior to redemption. A minimum of £15 must be spent and a main meal must be purchased to qualify for points rewards. 1 visit = 100 points. Maximum of 100 points can be collected per account per day. Points cannot be collected in conjunction with any staff discount.
These rewards are non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered. The voucher can be used at any Premium Country Pub Collection Site (unless specific exclusions are stated in the vouchers terms and conditions).
We reserve the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time. Management reserves the right to refuse entry and/or service. Offer may be withdrawn at any time without prior warning. Products are subject to availability - if unavailable, a suitable alternative will be offered at the pubs discretion. Your voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used as a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card. No change will be given. Please check your local pub as some sites may be closed due to refurbishment. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. Promoter is Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited.

How do I collect points?
You can collect 100 points each time you visit a pub in our Collection and dine with us. A minimum of £15 must be spent and a main meal must be purchased to qualify for points rewards. Ask a member of our team to scan your loyalty card and spend a minimum of £15.
Can I collect more than 100 points per visit?
You can collect a maximum of 100 points a day.
Where can I see how many points I have collected?
Navigate to the Wallet tab to see your rewards card in more detail.
I collected points but it isn't showing in my Rewards Card.
Points should show in your wallet as soon as you pay your bill if you have asked a member of our team to scan your loyalty card. if you haven’t collected points that you were expecting and it has been longer than 24 hours, please head to https://www.mbplc.com/guest-feedback/
Can I collect points when paying with a gift card?
Yes, you can collect points when paying your bill with a gift card. You will need to spend a minimum of £15 during your visit and a main meal must be purchased.
Will my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire after 24 months of registering.
If I forget to show my rewards card and collect points in the restaurant, can I add my points later?
Our team will need to help you with that request. Head to https://www.mbplc.com/guest-feedback/ to let us know. we will need your details and a receipt from a recent visit.
Where can I see what rewards, I have earned?
Sign in on our website or visit your app and navigate to the Wallet tab for more detail and to see your rewards.
How do I redeem my rewards?
1. Make sure you have ordered an eligible item with your server
2. Show your server the voucher in your wallet for them to scan and redeem your reward.

Will my rewards expire?
Yes, each reward has a unique expiry date on it based on when it was earnt. Click on the reward to check out its expiry date.
What happens if I gain more than 1200 points?
Congratulations! You will have completed the loyalty scheme. You’ll restart your points back to zero and be able to start the loyalty journey again, collecting points and rewards.
